My client requires the services of an excellent Project Coordinator to join a busy PMO department
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas
- project coordination
- an understanding of what a PMO function is
- Strong communicator
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Project management awareness
- Strong MS Office
- Excellent administration skills
The role will include
- Managing workstreams and programme plans
- Administration
- Managing lists of project and programme dependencies
- Organising meetings
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Monitoring programme milestones
- Documentation
- Using project management tools
This is a very busy and varied role and will run for more than the initial three months
