Primarily responsible for coordinating and scheduling the installation of all new store openings for new and existing UK&I clients. Acting as liaison between our customers to ensure that the sites are ready for the systems to be installed from a fit out and network perspective.
You will also be responsible for the project management and delivery of small - medium size retail rollouts and will need to work closely with our installation service providers to ensure that all projects are delivered to clients within scope, budget, schedule, and to the levels of quality demanded
How you will do it
*Manage the installation from start to finish of all new store openings. This includes providing quotes, obtaining purchase orders, ordering equipment and scheduling installations so that data is successfully delivered back to ShopperTrak.
*Ensure that all projects are delivered to clients within scope, budget, schedule, and to the levels of quality demanded.
*Total compliance with the approved project management processes is maintained at all times.
*CRM administration, ensuring that the site status is up to date and relevant and sites progress through the multi stage process in a timely manner.
*Manage and develop high level project planning, and status reporting
*Identify, mitigate and recommend actions on risks and issues that threaten the successful completion of the project within deadline
*Strive for 'right first time' installations, recording and reporting on events that prevent this to identify process improvements. This will involve working with the client to ensure that the site is ready for installation and that the client network is in place.
*Ensure that all new installations are progressed through the New Site Take-On / handover process without the need for re-work.
*Client satisfaction in the area of implementation is measured and maintained at the appropriate level.
*Coordinate internal resources, teams and third parties/vendors to ensure successful delivery
