What you will do
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project planner/team administrator. This will involve working in a fast paced, highly organised central admin group our Field Project Management Teams role is to provide planning and support to the Fire Suppression Contracting Team which operates across the UK & Ireland. This role impacts the efficiency of the Fire Suppression Contracts team which operates out of Swansea, Manchester & Halesowen offices with our teams working on sites across the UK & Ireland.

You will be liaising directly with Operations Teams and coordination of site activities. Involved int eh preparation and issue of site files. Ordering, monitoring use of, and off-hiring site equipment. You will be Producing purchase requisitions and purchase orders using PURE system. And collecting and submission of timesheets & holidays. You will also coordinate and organise staff training.

How you will do it
This is a high-volume administration function with electronic requests being logged centrally. Utilising Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word, as well as bespoke computer systems you will deal with processing timesheets, plant orders, uniform orders and certificates of compliance.

What we look for
Our Field Project Management Team consists of experienced administrators with excellent Excel skills. You will have a professional attitude and pride yourself on a very high degree of accuracy in all tasks carried out. Although there are no specific qualifications required for this role the successful candidate will be expected to have a good standard of education with excellent English, Maths and IT skills.
