A leading automotive company is looking for an experienced receptionist to work on site in their service center Based in Manchester for an initial 2 months with the view to go permanent.
You will be responsible to deliver outstanding customer experience, welcoming customers and representing our brand in the best way possible.
Duties:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Provide customers with refreshments/Beverages
Assist in answering incoming calls and diverting to correct department
Dealing with Service inquiries in person; Introducing clients to Service advisors
Booking/confirming appointments
registering vehicles
Requirements

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
