Currently, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate who will support the TA team with the sourcing, identification and recruitment of qualified candidates that match our strategic and operational business needs within the US and EMEA regions. Mainly focussing on the Tech talent in Birmingham



How you will contribute:
*Support recruitment processes including needs analysis, requisition creation and job postings, pre-employment processes and reporting on a timely basis
*Follow through on all resumes and applications to ensure proper correspondence is sent to applicants
*Proactively pipeline, recruit, and retain world-class diverse talent to drive business results
*Ensure that all interview and applicant screening processes are consist at all levels and across all businesses
*Identify candidate identification innovation opportunities that will enhance the ability to attract qualified and diverse candidates
*Demonstrate focus and discipline in delivering the staffing process to ensure process and delivery excellence
*Ensure that all selection decisions are made in accordance with company policies
The ideal skills for this role are:
*Experience sourcing and supporting an in house recruitment team
*Attention to detail and be highly organised as well as be a natural relationship builder
*Experience in full life-cycle recruitment and staffing with a demonstrated ability to identify and deliver qualified candidates
*Strong organisational skills
*Consultative and collaborative style with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence all levels of staff and management
*Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and bring assignments to successful completion
*Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to customers/clients in a clear, focused and concise manner
*Effective in problem solving crossing organizational and geographic lines, strong organizational savvy necessary to understand business needs and structure
*Must possess the ability to manage processes and assignments independently along with the ability to network, influence and collaborate
*Strong business acumen as well as a demonstrated ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
