​Job Summary / Purpose:

Reporting to a Team Leader/Manager you will conduct the full recruitment/sales lifecycle, understanding and matching the needs of both clients and candidates to provide a thorough and professional recruitment service whilst continually meeting and striving to exceed targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Activities

· New business generation – undertake business developments activities included targeted outbound calling

· Sourcing leads, researching and networking to implement strategic business development activity

· Provide a genuinely consultative service and seek to build long term partnerships with all clients and stakeholders

· Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment

· Advertising vacancies in a timely and appropriate manner

· Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships

· Write proposal documents and tenders, negotiate fees in line with company policy and issue Terms of Business to clients

· Create and use a network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

· Be an ambassador of Claremont Consulting Group Ltd to establish the company as a leading provider of IT recruitment services

· Achieving individual and participating in group sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Client Management

· Build strong relationships through regular contact, maximising business opportunities

· Develop strategic relationships with clients to understand their current and future recruitment needs

· Develop advanced commercial, industry and competitor awareness

· Add value to clients ensuring a quality service is provided at all times and repeat business will be secured

· Qualify job specifications and record an accurate and comprehensive job description

· Understand client needs and offer relevant solutions

· Add and maintain client records on the company CRM/Database in a detailed and timely manner

Candidate Management

· Attract candidates and maintain the candidate CRM/Database in a detailed and timely manner

· Receive and review applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates

· Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before preparing CVs and submitting their details to the client

· Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and beyond

· Impart CV, interview and general career advise

· Manage candidate availability to ensure the needs of the client are met

Other Duties

· Ensure ongoing enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed personal sales targets.

· Contribute as a significant member of a proactive, results-focussed recruitment business

· Review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques

· Provide continuous support to fellow team members

· Make a significant contribution to all team meetings

· Complete weekly sales activity reports

· Ensure all data captured and recorded is in line with legislative requirements

Essential requirements

· Successful and proven track record in a sales capacity in IT recruitment

· Sales driven, with the ability to consult and influence your client portfolio

· Articulate, driven, ambitious and well presented

· Customer focussed with the ability to negotiate

· Strong team player, self-motivated with good attention to detail

· Experience of working to targets

· Ability to communicate at senior level and with key business stakeholders
