Regional Account Manager - Security Systems
London/South East England
£38-42k + OTE, company car, fuel card, 25 holidays, pension
Permanent full-time, field/home based.

What you will do

Working for a global market-leader as Regional Account Manager you will focus on technical sales of electronic fire and security solutions across a defined geography by creating and sustaining relationships within the regional accounts channel. You will manage the sales cycle and company relationship as well as building surveys and system design. There will be an emphasis of account management as well as new business development.

How you will do it

To be successful as a Regional Account Manager you will identify the best accounts to target for growth as well as having the opportunity to self-generate your own leads through careful planning & business development activity. You will create opportunities to bid on projects and present technical information to board level. You will manage leads and drive sales performance using Salesforce.

*Excellent communication skills; ability to leverage resources and engage operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service.
*Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organisation
*Ability to create winning plans and bring teams together for mutual success.
*Full UK driving license.

Preferred
*Experience/knowledge of survey and design of fire and/or security systems.
*Ability to demonstrate adding value in the sales process.
*Knowledge/experience using CRMs, in particular Salesforce.com
