Regional Account Manager

25 days holidays + bank holidays

A varied, field based sales / relationship role covering the South of the UK, from Crewe downwards, including Wales, becoming an integral part of a close knit team. You will be looking after our existing customers with a view to growing those accounts and at the same time, approaching prospective customers to gain new business (CCTV / Fire / Intruder Systems)


*To proactively contact customers following enquiries whether written or verbal with a view to converting to sales opportunities
*Taking calls and supporting technical queries from our Installers
*Using a broad range of monitoring software
*Managing own workload to ensure appointments / visits / cold calls are dealt with in a timely manner
*Maintain complete knowledge of full the range of company services and products and apply to full effect when addressing customer needs
*Achieve level of targeted sales activity for new and existing business as directed by the business
*Develop and maintain a full understanding of needs and solutions within the Independent Monitoring market
*Build strong relationships with existing and new accounts to ensure sustainable and profitable accounts over the long term
*Self-generate sales leads by networking, referrals and cold calling
*Responsible for updating the CRM portal, Salesforce.com
*Attend Regional security events for networking and knowledgebase purposes

*Prior knowledge of Mas and alarm monitoring is preferred but not essential
