Regional General Manager

What you will do:

ShopperTrak, part of Johnson Controls, empowers retailers and shopping centres worldwide to optimise the shopping experience and improve profitability through data-driven insights. We have enabled thousands of retailers and shopping centres worldwide to increase revenue and profitability, by providing them with multi-dimensional data for clear cut decisions so they can uncover extraordinary insight to increase profitability.

Through our unique retail technology and analysis solutions, we can identify key in-store and online profit opportunities in areas such as customer conversions, queue management, sales, marketing and merchandising. Our insights support retail benchmarking between stores and sites.

As the Regional General Manger you will responsible for developing, co-ordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to ensure ShopperTrak achieve budgeted revenue and profitability growth as defined by the overall ShopperTrak long term strategic plan. You will manage sales leaders and their teams across locations such as the UK, India, and the Middle East
to achieve the overall business goals and objectives set by the board.

How will you do it:

You will provide accurate and timely sales planning & forecasting processes by developing longer term and short term initiatives and monitoring performance towards this.
Protect and enhance client and other external relationships, which are critical to the success of the organisation.
Ensure clients have a high quality customer experience through the sales process delivered by ShopperTrak.
Ensure the optimal use of resources by implementing financial plans, motivating and supporting staff, as well as being accountable for sales promotion budgets.

What we look for:

*Strong understanding of the Retail industry
*Master degree or higher, preferably in a management subject
*Proven record of successfully growing a business with expanded customers and markets
*Experience in creating a high performance sales culture, and leading successful sales teams
*Ability to position a multi-faceted system solution to a variety of buying influences, including technical and purchasing decision makers
*Experience building and managing customer relationships to seek out and identify new business opportunities
*Ability to assess good business opportunities and drive them to a successful close
*Demonstrated knowledge of competitive landscape and ability to develop winning strategies within that landscape
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk
*Result-focused; able to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, global environment for a rapidly growing public company with high quality expectations
*Ability to use leading CRM tools
