Regional HR Generalist - South West Region

What you will do
Our HR Business Partner will support and coach our business unit heads and a headcount of circa 1,000. This is a role that will involve 50 - 60% travel and will cover our office and plant locations across South West England.

How you will do it
* The HR Business Partner will ensure comprehensive utilisation, completion and promotion of the value of the annual and mid-year Performance Review process and adoption of Leadership Essentials and you will engage regional business leaders in meaningful succession planning activities for their area, in order to ensure alignment with the Organisational Talent Review.
* Ensure comprehensive utilisation, completion and promotion of the value of the annual and mid-year Performance Matters process and adoption of Leadership Essentials and you will engage regional business leaders
* Identify skills shortages, designing Personal Development Plans where appropriate, and supporting general learning and development activities
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business, HR trends and employment legislation and pro-actively use knowledge to provide excellent customer focused, value add, service provision
* Proactively provide advice and guidance on, and manage employee relations issues
* Undertake management development activities by coaching, influencing and sharing knowledge to increase manager's abilities to manage their teams
* Design and drive well executed change management and organisational design programmes
* Lead HR Projects and Initiatives that are in support of the business strategy
