Regional Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a regional, sales based account manager, focused on technical sales of fire & security solutions within the JCI Regional Accounts Channel. Ideally with a sales engineer background, you will be carrying out your own building surveys so it's essential you understand the system design element, you will look after a number of existing accounts & also hunt new business opportunities.

Comfortable presenting technical/bid presentations up to board level, you will have experience & understanding of a longer, relationship style sales cycle

You will be competitive and target driven, self-generate your own leads through careful planning & business development activity as well as identifying their best accounts to target for growth. Utilising Sales-force as the primary CRM to manage leads & help drive sales performance. Through planning activities you will identify accounts to target for growth opportunities against enterprise solutions. Define account plan with SMART objectives.

You will be able to identify opportunity to bid, fully qualify with the customer & engage in a pre-bid review. Form a bid team to identify critical must wins/complex/large opportunities, define roles of team, technical strategy, value proposition and next actions.You will survey customer sites, prepare costs, specifications and quotations to propose solutions to the customer.
