Regional Sales Manager

What you will do:

Reporting into the Sales Director of Access & Video you will lead the GB Johnson Controls - Security Products (formally Tyco Security Products) Access and Video initiatives in relation to key integrators and end users and analyse their business to determine their potential alignment with our business, both commercially and strategically. You will sell the Tyco Security product range which includes Kantech, Exacq, Video Edge, Victor & where required Ccure across the northern territory. Please note that this role is home based with roughly 50% UK travel.

How you will do it:

The initial task will be to identify key Integrators and end users (existing and new), and analyse their business to determine their potential alignment with our business, both commercially and strategically.
Once established within the regional team involvement with existing Integrators in the Tyco Product Programme will also form an important part of the role.
To fully understand each of the selected existing and prospective integrators, confirming our compatibility and to ensure that we understand all ambitions, departments and contacts within each of them.

What we look for

The candidate will have a strong IT security knowledge.
The candidate will be ideally experienced in business development and account management within the high end electronic security industry, and will have manufacturer and/or distribution experience. A background with Integrators would be an advantage. Full, detailed product training will be given and therefore the ability to demonstrate product and understand the technical nature of the enterprise electronic security industry is vital.
