Job description

My client is looking to recruit Release Management Analysts to join their expanding IT teams

To be considered for these roles the ideal candidates need

Previous experience working in previous release management role is essential
A detailed knowledge of change and release management principles and the processes required for supporting them is essential.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life-cycle is essential
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tool for change management is very useful

The successful applicant will be responsible for

- The Planning and implementation of hardware and software
- Managing the release database tool
- Rollback and release using Change and Release Management Processes
- Maintaining and distributing a release schedule
- Maintaining records and controlling environment usage to support release and change management activities
- Release Management reporting to key stakeholders
- Supporting the preparation and input of change/release information into the Release Advisory Board
- Providing support in collating and reviewing the artefacts required for every release

- Providing administration support including arranging meetings, minute taking, documentation, resource request for release, change request closure, record keeping and audit support
- Compliance with Risk Management Policies
- Data Governance Policies
- Maintain the company's compliance standards
