HR Systems Project Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Project Manager to join our team and OWN the implementation and operation of their new HRIS.
HRIS PM responsibilities include the planning, implementation and embedding of the new regional HRIS into the regional HR Function and the organisation. Bringing the decentralized functions together is a key part of this transformation and key to simplifying and strengthening the foundations of HR and delivering a consistent people experience to people across all our northern European sites - UK, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland.

You will have excellent exposure to working effectively across several functions including HR, IT and Finance.


What you will do;
*Lead the ongoing programme of activity getting the HR Function fit for a new system implementation.
*Collaborate with IT and Finance to scope new system implementation project plan including resource requirements, implementation costs, phasing of modules regionally.
*Set direction and ensure thorough communication and change management plans are developed in line with the overall project plan.
*Manage the budget for the programme of activity with the support of the Regional HR Director and HR Director - Denmark.
*Establish project implementation / steering team to drive a successful and timely system implementation.
*Leadership of HR system project team throughout project lifecycle.
*Managing relationships with external systems partners
*Project Management of other projects in support of the implementation

What you have;
*Robust experience in implementing cloud-based HR systems throughout the project lifecycle
*Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*A strong track record in planning budgets
*Experience of leading teams
*Excellent understanding of HR policies and processes and awareness of pending legislative requirements (including GDP Regs)
