Risk Manager - Strategic Programmes

A world leading insurance organization is looking for a Risk Manager with experience in strategic transformational programmes to design, implementation and manage the risk framework and ensure there is adequate assessment of the delivery and change risks as well as the potential impact on business operations. This is an initial 9 month FTC.

Responsibilities:
*Design and implement an appropriate risk framework
*Ensure there are appropriate risk processes and practices in place to assess and assure the quality of end state business designs
*Provide ongoing expert risk advice
*Constructive challenge to risk management considerations in the direction, decision making and execution of the programme
*Ensure there is appropriate RAID logs and local, quality assessments in place to monitor risks

Experience Required:
*Expertise in Risk Management Framework application on delivery and change risk in transformational programmes
*Understanding of complex business models/operation
*Worked on large transformational programmes with multiple workstreams
