Sales Manager

What you will do:

As the Regional Sales Manager you be the representative of Tyco Intrusion products such as Visonic, DSC, and Server Solutions within the Ireland and Northern Ireland territories.

The role will report into the Intrusion Sales Director and will have elements of account management with a more heavy focus on business development to expand our presence within Ireland. Please note that this role is home based with roughly 50% UK travel.

How you will do it:

The initial task will be to build strong relationships with our existing business partners both distributors and installation companies. Whilst also seeking new opportunities and gaining new business.
Understand your customer base and work to align their needs with our services.
Have the ability to build relationships that can develop and expand your portfolio.
Work alongside our long standing distributors when managing customers to ensure the co-ordination of projects, customer delivery and customer satisfaction are achieved.
Maintain knowledge of products and services and industry developments.
Plan, measure, and report using our chosen CRM, Salesforce.

The candidate will be experienced in business development and account management within the electronic security industry, and will have manufacturer and/or distribution experience. Full, detailed product training will be given and therefore the ability to demonstrate product and understand the technical nature of the enterprise electronic security industry is vital.
