What you will do
The Regional Sales Operations Analyst supports sales and growth initiatives by facilitating and driving Sales Excellence initiatives. The Sales Operations Analyst is a member of the Fire Suppression Global Sales Team and as needed participates in / contributes to, staff calls, operations reviews and Sales Excellence Initiatives.

The Regional Sales Operations Analyst is a practical professional who creates, deploys and supports programs, tools and insights (both diagnostic and predictive) that enable the regional sales leadership to improve our 'go-to-market' effectiveness, optimize our sales force productivity and accelerate profitable revenue growth.

How you will do it
This key sales operations role develops and aligns five important focus areas:
Data Management & Analytics - Predictive Sales Analytics, Sales forecasting process, Pipeline Management and Master Data Management (driving global consistency)
Tools & Reporting - Help develop CRM functionality and applications, Exception reporting
Financial reporting in order to monitor revenue, margin and sales expenses and headcount reporting
Process and tool improvement
Sales Planning - Support and align the Sales Budgeting process, Key Account Planning & review and
Provide insight into optimal SF Size and Structure for each Territory and product line
Incentive Management - Plan design, Quota Setting and
Incentive Reporting
Liaise with other functions - Logistics & Distribution, Product Management/ Marketing, Finance / FP&A / Controllership, HR and etcetera

What we look for
To be successful in the role you will have excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interact with all levels of sales leadership/employees, to prioritize needs requests aligned with business objectives. You will also have the ability to build strong internal relationships and gain credibility with the sales organization and key stakeholders.

Although not essential is advantageous if you have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant sales analyst or sales planning role.
