Job description
What you will do
Within this role, the internal Sales Administrator's primary duty will be the processing of orders and customer service support for customers. The role will involve working within one of our offices as an integral member of the UK&I sales team to provide administration support of the sales function.
How you will do it
Deliver sales order processing function including order entry and liaising with Operations Department on customs documentation along with finance on customer account queries
Assist in responding to customer order/delivery queries in a professional and efficient manner, dealing with and resolving any issues
Handling sales calls and queries as necessary
Providing customer quotations on ad hoc basis
Providing reports to assist sales and other management functions
Provide admin assistance for the Sales Channel Partner program
Maintain customer CRM systems and contact databases
Assist with other administrative functions as needed
What we look for:
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience of working within an administration type role in a similar busy office environment
Evidence of providing excellent customer service and/or managing customer relationships
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Evidence of strong IT Skills - advanced knowledge of MS Office Package especially Excel
Evidence of strong communications skills at a variety of different levels
Excellent telephone skills
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
