Job description

One of the fastest growing e-commerce organisations in the UK are searching for an experienced Salesforce Admin to join the newly formed commercial operations team on a permanent basis.

This role can be fully performed on a working from home basis!

The Company:
This business is a global leader in supplying promotions and discounts from top-tier retailers to individuals of all ages. By partnering a range of organisations with people in education, the company enables brands to gain more exposure to their target audiences in addition to financially benefitting all their end users simultaneously.

They have been using Salesforce CRM for a few years but now a project is about to commence centred around integrating the tool further into their systems within the organisation - very exciting times!

The Role:
This position is massively vital for the new project as the successful applicant will be seen as the 'go-to' person for Salesforce support. The chosen candidate will build workflows and solutions in Salesforce to support the business, including dashboards reports and analytics.

Majority of the position will be based around providing Salesforce maintenance, upgrades and reviewing performance where necessary. The Salesforce expertise will be vital as the candidate will need to translate business requirements into logical Salesforce technical designs in the objective of upskilling rest of the team.

Main Responsibilities:
Deliver roadmap by partnering with external Salesforce development resources.
Manage customer data effectively through storage, processing, capture and sharing.
Proactively improve and manage partner data quality.
Create Salesforce training material, data structure lists and process documents to support the business' joint effort in Salesforce proficiency.
Implement training plans for end-users and internal content to enable the in-house teams to self-service more effiicently.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Extensive professional knowledge and previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator ideally gained within an ecommerce or technology business.
Evident track record of success in driving adoption of the Salesforce tool.
Advanced ability within Salesforce Data Management Tools and MS Excel.
Previous experience working in a customer-focused business with a good understanding of what a creates a great user experience.
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills proven by previous experiences and pragmatic approach to work.
