One of the country's leading Insurance organisations is currently undergoing some really exciting growth plans. Not only the data and development teams are expanding but a new digital function are searching for a Senior Digital Analyst to drive the Analytics offering.
This role will be perfect for an experienced Analyst who is searching for a position with substantial freedom, leadership opportunities and the latest technical tools.
Consistently monitor performance of KPIs to improve performance of the function and develop customer experiences.
Lead on delivery of a range of projects to build/maintain reports and dashboards.
Develop & deliver training on Digital Analytics tools to the wider business enabling eventual self-service and further proficiency.
Work closely with the Digital Analytics Manager in shaping the roadmap for data maturity and digital evolution to develop ways of working with stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Extensive experience in a Digital Analyst role with proficiency in Web Analytics.
Strong knowledge within dashboard presenting with tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Strong background within Digital Analytics focusing on insights and optimisation.
Advanced skills within Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Evident ability to present stories using data with previous experiences of presenting visually to stakeholders.
