Job description


A Nasdaq-listed digital marketing technology agency connecting worldwide marketers with audiences in China is looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist for its regional team and projects.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, the Company is currently operating several other offices in Asia and Europe.

Reporting to the HR Director, your key responsibilities include:
  • Provide full spectrum of HR Business Partner Services to the designated functions across North Asia, APAC and EMEA regions
  • Involve in HRIS Implementation/Enhancement Projects including system requirement, data migration, user acceptance test and end-user training
  • Liaison with vendors/related parties (internal & external) to ensure project progress in line with the schedule and proper deliverable
  • Organise, develop and preparing culture and learning activities
  • Assist in performance management, training & development and staff engagement programmes
  • Assist in compensation & benefits duties, such as payroll, salary benchmarking, staff budget, staff cost analysis, and staff benefits
  • Support talent acquisition activities for designated business units, if required
  • Work closely with the HR team for any HR projects as assigned by the manager or the department head to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness


Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources function, preferably with digital media industry background (Regional HR experience is not necessary)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
