Senior Insight Analyst - 12 month FTC

Working for a leading insurance company on a 12 month FTC, the Senior Insight Analyst - Social & Digital will deliver engaging and actionable customer-led insight through the analysis and impactful visualisation of social and digital trends data. You will be able to work autonomously, take ownership of stakeholder relationships and collaborate with other data experts in the team will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
*Manage the end-to-end process for planning, maintaining and delivering social and digital insights within the business
*Develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Commercial teams
*Develop, maintain and own strong working relationships with all 3rd party social and digital analytics service providers
*Maintain regular reporting in relation to company social presence and effective communication of insight to support optimisation and future planning through agreed KPIs
*Proactively keep stakeholders informed on latest and potential emerging trends relating to our markets through best-in-class application of social listening and media analytics
*Collaborate with wider Data Insights team to ensure social and digital insights are incorporated into both regular and bespoke Insights delivery where relevant

Experience required:
*Experience of owning the insights story, agency or client-side
*Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
*Capable of building robust and efficient queries in social listening tools/NLP such as NetBase and Quid
*Experience with digital trend tools such as SimilarWeb Pro
*Working knowledge of wider market & competitor research methodologies and use of social data to complement insight
*Knowledge of Insurance, Utilities and/or Financial Services sectors (Credit Cards, Loans, Mortgages etc.) is highly beneficial
