What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with management to understand hiring requirements and expectations to meet hiring objectives

  • Work with hiring managers to assist in creating job descriptions and provide recommendations on interviewing and hiring processes

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to efficiently fill open requisitions

  • Research and build applicant sources using a variety of outlets, such as job postings, job search engines, referrals, social media, and internet sites among others

  • Screen, interview, and determine candidate qualifications specific to related requirements and job openings

  • Schedule meetings and interviews with hiring managers and assist with the evaluation and selection of qualified candidates

  • Enforce Human Resources policies and procedures and ensure best recruiting practices are adhered to

  • Maintain proper applicant data tracking using a variety of programs, including ADP and ApplicantPRO

  • Provide daily recruiting data to management

  • Researches and recommends new approaches and processes for continual improvement in the talent acquisition efforts

  • Assist with the new hire and onboarding process, including communicating employment offers, conducting reference checks, following up with management on new hire start dates

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field

  • Minimum of 4 years' full lifecycle recruiting experience in high volume, fast paced environment

  • General Human Resources experience plus

  • Must have experience recruiting a variety of positions including Information Technology, Marketing, Media Production, and/or high volume, non-exempt positions

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

  • Experience with HRIS systems and a variety of applicant tracking software

  • Strong knowledge of various employment laws and practices

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification or other Human Resources professional designation a plus
