Job description

Due to expansion my client is actively looking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager to assume a senior role within the overall service function

**** to be considered for this role you MUST have experience of working at a high level with third party service providers - this is mandatory ****

The role is busy, challenging and will offer an opportunity for a service delivery manager to build on his/her existing skill set and experience

The role will include

- managing the relationship between the client and their IT outsourcing partner
- Areas covered within the agreement include...
Incident management
Problem management
Change management
Service Desk
Desk side support
Server support
DevOps
Cyber security support

You will be expected to evolve and shape the service delivery function and this will include the introduction of cloud technologies and devOps processes
Ensuring process compliance
Introducing and overseeing recovery plans
Measuring delivery performance metrics
Covering off all areas of third party relationship management
Chairing the change management Board
Various project based work
Manage incident escalation

To be considered for this excellent role you will need to have

- very strong third party service provider management
- excellent change management experience
- delivery experience
- strong technical awareness
- ability to push through quality improvement processes

This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the London based office
