This Service Design Lead will be leading the IT service design in the shared goal of delivering world class support services. You would provide an integral role in the future operating model of the IT department.
Work efficiently in the transformation programme to support the service design processes in the delivery of global services.
Lead design of all capabilities and services.
Coordinate all service design processes and resources ensuring consistent, effective design of IT services is met.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the wider technical team to drive the service vision.
Assist and mentor members of the team in the shared contributions to the strategy development.
Maintain and develop key stakeholder relationships always drawing to elements of the service design.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
A proven specialist background in IT Service Design - leadership abilities and successful track record in delivering international projects.
10 - 15 years experience in IT Services/Technical Management.
Recent experience in managing a team effectively within an international organisation.
Key stakeholder management abilities, being able to influence senior 3rd parties.
Excellent knowledge of Service Design and DevOps environments.
Superb communication skills on all levels.
ITIL Service Management knowledge.
