My client is currently in expansion mode and is actively looking to recruit a strong service desk analyst for its very busy and lively team

To be considered for this excellent role you will to be able to demonstrate very strong experience in at least some of the following areas

- 2 years plus Service Desk/Help Desk experience
- Very good troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows
- Understanding of networking
- PC support awareness
- MS Office
- Superb telephone manner
- Customer focused

The successful applicant will be responsible for

- Prioritising incidents, tickets and calls
- Incident and problem resolution
- User and technical support both local and remote
- Troubleshooting
- Request fulfilment and management
- Working to SLAs
- Desktop, security and managed service support
