Due to huge expansion my client needs EIGHT Service Desk Analysts

Four of the analysts are required for cover Monday - Friday between 0700 and 1800 (7.5 hour day)

The four night shift analysts will cover Sunday to Thursday night....

The roles are with an excellent, busy and vibrant department who provide top drawer service to in-house clients across the world

The roles involve

Being the first point of contact on any technology-related process, application or device.

Providing first-level technical phone support by diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware and software problems.
Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software
Reconfiguring existing systems
Performing system upgrades
System monitoring and escalating issues until resolution, closure or hand off to a specialized support team.
Providing Service Desk Support by supporting users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware and software problems.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for these excellent roles you will need to have

oExperience of working within a similar capacity for a Service Desk / Call Centre.
oTechnical Troubleshooting experience.
oMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills
