- Managing a busy service desk
- Service desk operations
- Application and security monitoring
- KPI management
- Incident management
- Making customers and clients are looked after in a timely and efficient manner
- Configuration management
- Asset management
- Relationship management
- Supplier management
- Change management

- ITIL aware
