Technical support Specialist - (Finnish Speaking) - 6 months (extendable) - £Negotiable

A Leading IT Consultancy are currently looking for a Finnish Speaking desktop support candidate who is confident performing support duties remotely for an initial 6 month period and rolling.

You will be responsible supporting Windows systems any experience across 1- 3 line support is greatly respected.

NO weekend or night shifts - normal 40 hr week. Day rate is negotiable on experience

This role is 100% Remote work. Can be working from any of the following countries - UK, Ireland, France, Romania, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany

Position Functions or Responsibilities:

* Identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend solutions to reported problems

* Provide technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail

* Screen, refer, and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance

* May prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customer and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner

Must have:

- Fluent in Finnish Language

* University education, preferably technical degree or Microsoft certifications

* Up to two years' experience that shows good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration and Microsoft Office family applications

* Experience of providing remote IT support
