Job description

What you will do

As a Lead Generation Specialist in this role we are primarily responsible for growing the size of the UK and Ireland Sales Pipeline within the business, by driving leads and opportunities to the designated Business Development Managers.

This will be achieved through the identification, creation and qualification of leads within target industries. The Digital Development Representative (DDR) will review, prioritise and qualify the leads provided by the various Marketing channels, and pro-actively utilise all other company approved lead generation channels to self-generate leads.

Of the identified leads, the DDR will foster to engage initial contact, through telephone, email or social media. The aim of this cultivation will be to discuss, acquire client requirement information, and ultimately manoeuvre any leads to be in a position where they can be put to Sales team to arrange a Discovery meeting.

The role will be office based and will require regular contact and collaboration with both marketing and regional sales teams.

How you will do it

Actively supervise all leads which arrive in to the Lead Queue for the DDR's assigned region.
Review, research and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) with the Regional Salesforce Lead Queue and make initial contact through calling the lead to understand their potential Traffic Analytics requirement.
Record all contact with the lead in Salesforce, and once in agreement to engage with a BDM, convert the lead into an opportunity within Salesforce, completing all required Stage One details. Discuss the opportunity and provide all acquired details to complete a sale.
Hold Quarterly Lead Generation Planning sessions with assigned regional BDM's and Local Marketing team to build an Industry Target plan for the next financial quarter.
Optimally connect with target leads through pro-active email and telephone calls, with the aim to discuss solutions.
Work with attending sales team members to establish which retailers are required to be contacted to arrange an event meeting, and proactively call and arrange event meetings on the BDM's behalf.
When required, attend events to generate additional contacts and leads, and work with all attending BDMs to improve the potential return of investment for event attendance.
