The Service Growth Lead is responsible for providing focus, direction and driving service growth across all Lines of Business in the UK&I. Our business is the market leaders in building solutions. Under the direction of the Service Performance Director they will develop, implement and monitor strategies and actions plans focusing on achieving above market service growth and profitability in a sustainable manner and drive retention and margin improvements.
How you will do it
The Service Growth Lead will do this by defining, developing, and deploying delivery tools and processes required to control costs, improve quality and maintain/improve customer satisfaction. You will coordinate efforts between National accounts, home office, area/regional personnel, customer representatives, and others as required to ensure customer satisfaction. In this role you will leverage and develop with the regional and local management teams and able to bring in new talent as required. You will also provide optimal levels of leadership, encouragement, training and support to grow talent and support succession planning.
