Solution Consultant - ServiceNow

I am currently recruiting a Solution Consultant for the ServiceNow tool. the right candidate must be fluent in German but can be based anywhere in Germany seeing as remote work is available.

Key responsibilities:
- Define the roadmap with the project manager and the client
- Understands the customer business needs and the implications to a project
- Communicate with customer stakeholders and management to build trust
- Socialises with customer parties to be able to arbitrate in escalations and difficult situations
- Ensure overall solution consistency
- Recommend on priorities
- Provide project plan input and align on project streams
- Act as trusted advisor for the customer
- Collect out of scope requirements and help defining the future planning for those
- Build high level designs for complex matters and align with work stream leads
- Create system abstractions to comprehend the bigger picture
- Write daily working protocol for time sheets


Key requirements:
- Conduct discovery and fit-gap workshops to collect requirements
- Challenge requirements and test them for business value
- Hold face to face meetings with the clients to build a working relationship
- Take over project work streams, plan them and distribute work to the TC team
- Write the solution design for tangible requirements for the TC team to implement
- Inform the TC team, distribute programming guidelines and guide them
- Review the implementations of the solution designs done by the TC team (Quality Gate)
- Follow on customer deliverables and escalate to PM if not provided
- Write a status with open points on holiday leave or project leave
- Write daily working protocol for time sheets
