ServiceNow Technical Consultant

I am currently recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Consultant who has at least 2 years experience in ServiceNow development.

Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering high quality ServiceNow configuration to meet client requirements
*Combining all elements of the ServiceNow design and assuring its performance
*Devising solutions to predicted problems and evaluating options
*Maintaining a high level of technical documentation
*Reporting and ownership of technical issues
*Increasing application operating efficiency and adapting to new requirements as required
*Assisting with system testing and UAT
*Develop skills and knowledge in application design by consulting colleagues, wikis and websites
*Providing advice and guidance to the client on the best approaches for implementing

Key Requirements:
*Professional, approachable and truly passionate about ServiceNow
*Outstanding ServiceNow configuration, customisation and integration skills
*Proven ServiceNow and Service Management implementation and consultation experience
*Strong analysis and problem solving skills
*Client-facing and confident in understanding and articulating technical requirements
*Demonstrable ability to produce high quality technical documentation
*Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow applications - ITSM and more
*Understanding of Service Management best practice
*Fluent in German
*Hold a minimum ServiceNow System Administrator certification with Certified Implementation Specialist being preferable
