What you will do

We are seeking an experienced Service Leader within our Fire Suppression division who can provide strategic direction on how we optimize our resource and drive productivity through advanced planning and scheduling and field enablement. Build operational capability and design training and development plans. Provide high quality research and analysis using appropriate business and modeling tools, supported by effective communication at a high level.
Our preferred candidate will have a strong leadership style with intrinsic motivation, positive charisma, a pro-active nature coupled with an understanding of business dynamics.

You will be responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service and the strategic development of operational requirements, process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes for customers in either a B2B or B2C environment

You will review delivery capability and capacity and work closely with the Operation Director to develop training plans to strengthen existing delivery teams and drive efficiency through advanced planning and scheduling and process improvement.

Identify Business improvement opportunities, design improvement initiatives and execution to plan.


How you will do it

Ensure company policies, guidelines and procedures are adhered to ensure that delivery teams achieve financial targets. Establish an operational cadence to review each business unit and develop robust improvement plans in order to consistently achieve KPI's and SLA's.

Review market trends and liaise with larger customers/clients and assist in establishing JCI as a recognised brand and preferred delivery partner to support growth objectives.

Ensure monthly and quarterly forecasting for all areas of responsibility are conducted, delivered and reported accurately.

Collaborate with procurement team to improve supply chain capability and capacity.

As a member of the leadership team responsible for ensuring an environment of integrity, trust, inclusivity, diversity, empowerment, accountability and consistency is promoted practiced by all team members within their area.

Ensure all employees recruited for roles within their area are of a high calibre and will actively support the growth of the business.

Ensure that tenders are negotiated/submitted and reviewed for potential risks and benefits to the business.
