This is a technical role that will require understanding of procedures and effective operation of the software system.
Act as first point of contact for customers addressing a wide range of products and services.
Handle all incoming queries.
Dispatch cases to the appropriate function based upon knowledge of products, services etc.
Ensure appropriate handover of all tasks to the next person working.
Identify issues that could be resolved at the first level.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years experience in customer support covering all related activities such as troubleshooting issues and customer interaction.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Experience with Solaris/Linux Systems.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Experience with TCP/IP Protocols.
Strong communication on all levels.
