Systems Data Analyst

What you will do:

This Role will successfully provide System Administration and governance to all Shoppertrak Global Master data across all Core Business Systems. Currently this includes data integrity within Oracle Fusion & Servicemax, Salesforce with future state also include CPQ and Zuora. Duties will include day to day System administration adhering to SLA's but will also include suggesting and implementing automation through input into key Shoppertrak Global Implementation projects

The position will report into Shoppertrak Global Systems accountant and deliver to key internal customers & external vendors that include Finance , Operations , Sales , JCI Corporate functions (Tax, SSC , System COE). This role is key in order for the business to operate and deliver effectively and efficiently.

You will navigate effectively through complex organizations, finding the right people with whom to consult and solve problems. You will recognize which stakeholders can influence situations and initiate actions to assess and obtain their support. You will update and synchronise core business systems for key master data items and ensure data governance is determined and adhered to by introducing data definitions and data dictionary for each system.

You will define problems systematically, analysing causes and effects. Seeks out others as sources of data, ideas and help. Asks penetrating questions to surface hidden problems and discern fact patterns. Recognizes the broader issues to simplify analyses and execute timely decisions or actions ensuring a culture of "right first time".

The Core Business Systems Data Analyst must be able to work with peers and regional colleagues to obtain success. The role operates within a multi-stakeholder environment and the post holder should have a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks, actions and deliverables.

*Education to A' level (Essential ) or Degree level (Ideal)
*System Administration experience (Ideally at least one system mentioned above)
*Proven track record on maintaining governance & compliance in business practise or projects
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel , Project and PowerPoint)
*Technical skills could include SQL , Databases , Report writing
*Excellent Communication and influencing skills across multiple countries & time zones (English only)
