Talent Acquisition Manager required in Dubai to join a dynamic, innovative and award winning global engineering organisation. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be an integral part of the team at a time of real growth due to continued success.You will manage a team of 5 in house recruiters which has further plans for growth in the Middle East and Africa.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience my client does not like to count people out based on salary.

You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, working on product, design, finance, communications, brand, technology, office support, business development and HR roles. You must be innovative in your approach to find candidates, and be able to come up with creative solutions for attracting passive talent. Relationship management is also key and you will be expected to educate your stakeholders through the recruitment process.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Owning the end to end recruitment of a variety of roles including but not limited to product, design, finance, communications, brand, technology, office support, business development, HR.

Engaging with hiring managers to ensure that we are consistently recruiting within best practice frameworks across the company.

Owning the source mix and advertising channels for your business area.

Partnering with stakeholders to ensure that we are building teams of top talent that fit our culture and helping to ensure that they are engaged and able to develop their career.

Responsible for driving direct sourcing and owning the source mix and channels used for your client groups.

Helping to build our employer brand as an EnTech employer of choice.

Taking job briefs from Line Managers and shaping job descriptions.

Using social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to ensure the most up to date recruitment practices are being used.

Researching different advertising options for niche roles.

Liaising with Recruitment Agencies to ensure they have all the information required to source candidates.
