Talent Acquisition Manager / Partner (Data Engineering)

A leading insurance company are looking for a hands on Talent Acquisition Manager / Partner to
source Data Engineers, Data Staff Engineers and Data Engineering Manager as well as candidates within Cloud Engineering. This role will sit within a project team for an initial 6 month contract, working inside IR35 and remotely with ad-hoc travel into London office.

Responsibilities:
*Provide stakeholders with insight driven solutions for hiring in niche skillset talent pools
*End to end campaign management for Data teams and all Support Functions working in partnership with stakeholders
*Direct sourcing of all data and cloud roles
*High focus on delivery against objectives including hires per month, time to offer leveraging all available systems and platforms
*Identification and implementation of the most effective and diverse routes to market with mapping and proactive sourcing for niche skillsets
*Able to utilise extensive network of candidates outside the usual LinkedIn searches
*Accountable for the candidate and stakeholder management journey, ensuring progress is updated, feedback is timely and blockers to hiring are challenged
*A focus on continuous improvement to optimise talent acquisition processes and deliver customer focussed outcomes
*Responsible for providing status updates to stakeholders and sharing new ways of working to enhance the Talent Acquisition processes

Experience:
*Previous experience working within a hands on Talent Acquisition role
*Talent acquisition expertise within the data, engineering and analytics eco-system, recruiting roles such as data engineer, cloud engineers from mid-level to manager level
*Has scaled engineering teams in a start-up environment (Series A-C)
*You use data and evidence to back up your decisions and arguments.
*You don't rely on using only LinkedIn - You think outside the usual channels
