Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract - Health Care, Pharmaceuticals - Hybrid model but remote available

This is a contract opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of the globe's - if not 'the' - biggest Health Care brand in the world on a contractual basis!

The Company:
For over 125 years, this global giant cares for the world by embracing research and science. Having established so many successful health care trends already, the company now focuses on innovation and recent trends to release further products for the wellness of billions of people.

The business operates in 3 different sectors - Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Healthcare and Medical Devices. Working within the organisation, the opportunity consists of not only improving people's lives permanently, but having great exposure to the most experienced heads in the medical sector.

The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will not only have complete overview of the recruitment lifecycle but you will have the opportunity to liaise with internal managers on active processes.

What you will be doing..

Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates.
Maintain knowledge of the business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements. Constantly building knowledge on the pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer markets.
Own the initial Recruitment Strategy Meetings with hiring managers and occasionally with third party employment agencies.
Post requisitions and advertisements internally and externally as required.
Use a variety of direct and innovative sourcing methods to attract candidates, e.g. Linked in, Job Boards, employee referrals, advertising etc.
Provide advice and own the selection process for hires.
Handle the database technology to ensure data integrity at all times.
Have full knowledge and understanding of the J&J compensation framework and grading system, as you will handle the offer process.
Work on projects in line with TA goals and objectives.

What you will need..
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/background (required).
In-house recruitment experience (required).
Experience and an in depth understanding of the full recruitment cycle (required).
Experience of working with competency-based selection methods is essential (required). Must have strong account management, advising and interviewing skills.
Demonstrable experience of balancing priorities and workload, with the ability to handle multiple projects and requisitions simultaneously (required)
