Talent Acquisition Advisor - Central London - 6 Month Contract - £240 - £280

My Client a leading Computer software provider is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team on a 6 Month Project. Pay Rate £240 - £280

Ideal candidates will have more of a head hunter mentality and not a high volume, order taking based recruiting background. Will be supporting up to 10 roles at a maximum. Must showcase ability to ask the right questions, challenge back on wants vs needs, display high energy and effective communication when speaking with potential candidates.

This role will support the current sales organization with a focus on Account Executive level roles and occasional IT/Technical skill sets.

Responsibilities:

-- Develop and administer recruiting programs as well as recruitment strategies using various techniques.

-- Promotes the company image to candidates and acts as a brand ambassador through social media channels.

-- Weekly meetings with key leaders within the BU to provide updates on open positions and discuss future needs.

-- Support the customers SLA requirements around staffing and understand the urgencies around filling positions and the effect it has on our customers.

-- Interacts with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance based on market trends within specific skillsets.

-- Sources, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements.

-- Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.

-- Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools.

-- Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate.

-- Continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization. Leads and closes all formalities related to on-boarding of the candidate.

-- Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements:

-- 5+ years of experience recruiting for outside/inside sales candidates.

-- Excellent process orientation, exceptional sourcing and interviewing skills, superior industry knowledge and excellent communication skills.

-- Must be organized, able to forecast future roles with the customer and manage requisition allocation to other recruiters supporting the account.

-- Drives for results, intellectual capacity, customer first, adaptable, personally effective.

-- Proven experience of successfully creating and implementing sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent for difficult and niche skillsets.

Must Haves:

-- Direct sourcing experience

-- Build sourcing strategy and execute strategy based on conversation with the business

-- Market knowledge/analytics understanding
