My client who are one of the major brands within OTT & Media Streaming services are currently looking for a Tech Recruiter for a 6 months contract.
With customers such as Netflix, BBC, CNN...just to name a few, they have had an increase in demand and need to grow their development team along with pipeline for the new year.
Duties:
- Proactive searched on LinkedIn, local networks, other channels to build a pipeline of talent
- CV screening, interviewing, providing short lists to Hiring Managers with best suited profiles
- Manage the internal application by using the current ATS system
- Overall advice and guide Hiring Manager & Regional HR on the best strategy to fill in available vacancies with quality candidates
