My client a leading consultancy is seeking a Technical Discoverer to join their team.

As the Technical Discoverer you will be required to produce installation documents for software requests prior to packaging. Troubleshooting to a 3rd line level including debugging installations via log files.

Skills and experience

*Detailed experience a Technical Discoverer.
*Experience with producing documentation for all packaging requirements into a discovery form - e.g. Installation Configuration Instructions.
*Escalation of issues to the team lead/local management.
*Troubleshooting of application error messages during installation
*Basic knowledge of the Application Logistics Lifecycle
*General Windows 10 support and configuration experience
*Ability to perform App Compatibility snapshots
