Technical Secretary (Sub PM) - Wolfsburg - €50,000 - €55,000 Per Annum - Automotive Industry

A Global Automotive Consultancy are currently looking for an experienced technical project assistant to come and work with one of their main clients to come and assist on their new vehicles and technical automotive development projects.

You will where you play a key role in assisting the current Project Manager with project management duties from a Technical & Commercial perspective.

Essentially you will supervise project quality, Coordinate between internal and external project teams, and manage customer relationships whilst providing the current PM with proficient Technical communication and guidelines.

*Taking notes (protocol) of Management Meeting (every two weeks)
*Preparation and Moderating PL-Meeting (once a week)
*Taking notes (protocol) of PL-Meeting (once a week)
*Preparation and taking notes (protocol) of Supplier Review MIB3 OI (every two weeks)
*Taking notes (protocol) of Supplier Review Navigation (every two weeks)
