My client, a major player in the Construction Industry, requires a very strong Technical Support Analyst to join their expanding IT Support team

The role is varied, challenging and multi-faceted. Duties and responsibilities will include

- Applications support
- 3rd Line support across the business
- Deployment of new releases
- DR testing
- Building up a knowledge based centre of excellence
- Change requests
- Project based work
- Problem management
- Risk, issues and incident management
- Release management
- Live issues

- Windows server support
