My client, based in the City of London, requires a strong manager/team leader from either an IT/Desktop Support or Help Desk/Service Desk background

The role requires a start by May and I am looking to receive CVs immediately

- Relationship management with other parts of the business
- Operations Management
- Support for all in-house technologies
- Working to SLAs
- Ensuring staff work to guidelines
- Process improvement and enhancement
- Technical Support
- Hardware/Software support issues
- SLA responses
- Incident management
- Staff management and mentoring
- Project based work

There are many other facets to this role and these will be covered on the job spec that I will send out to interested parties.

Ultimately the successful candidate will need to show excellent team and people management experience as this will form the bulk of the role
