This is a fairly junior role and requires the services of someone who understands the concepts of user experience and customer journeys

To be considered for this role you simply need to have understanding and experience of the following

- user journeys
- user experience
- customer journeys
- understanding customer needs
- prototyping

An appreciation of product design and management will be an added bonus
