I'm delighted to be working with a global organisation on their search for VP People / CHRO to be based in Berlin.


Supporting a head office population of c.150 and expanding to 250 over the next 2 years the business is looking for a confident, dynamic HR professional who is looking to fast forward in their career in an innovative, growth, tech startup working closely with the Founders who are all passionate about people development.


In this role, you will responsible for the design, strategy and building on their HR Function with a real focus on talent development and creating an award-winning culture. You will be wanting to gain a lot of exposure with partnering with key stakeholders, coaching and advising them in people management and identifying the best talent in this competitive market.


The ideal candidate will have a strong Talent background across multiple sectors but recently worked on large transformation programmes with digitalization and underpinning global mindset. This could be project work including process improvement, EVP and business strategy. Start-up exposure is essential to be considered for this role.


You'll enjoy collaborating with the whole team so that the HR function can partner better together, as well as working on branding, leadership development and global talent attraction.


This role will have responsibility for an existing HR function who are hungry for success and who are bright and ambitious, so you'll need to be a confident people leader. The business is looking for someone who takes initiative, is action-orientated and is comfortable working in an organisation where there are educated risk-takers and dedicated to continuous improvement.


This is an organisation where there is very little bureaucracy and is very receptive to new ideas, so if you have a great idea you can run with it!
