What you will do

You will be problem solving as a standalone analyst
You will be responsible for detailing the overall approach for a specific domain or domains
You will be responsible for collecting and adjusting the data when necessary and making sure that the data is comparable in a week to week basis and between the countries and regions
You will be responsible for the overall creation and maintenance of the domain(s) capacity plan
You will develop and update the models, execute the analytics with proposed recommendations
You will ensure that the best in class models and algorithms support internal customers
You will analyze process inconsistencies across countries and regions, to drive standardization and implement a consistent process for the domain(s)
You will synthesize and communicate the results of the analyses to the Operations Planning and Analytics Lead (OPAL)


How you will do it

You will need to understand the end-to-end process for the domain(s) that you support
You will need to understand the nuances that exist across the countries and regions ensuring that these are considered in the capacity plan(s)
You will work to the capacity planning process, ensuring key deliverables are output as per the process
You need to be good at defining the problem and structuring the way to solve it
You need to have strong attention to details and be comfortable in working with numbers
You need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analytics
You need to be able to work individual as well as in teams
You will need strong stakeholder engagement skills
You need to have solid understanding of statistics and analytics and ability to drive operational insight to guide operational priorities and actions
Occasional travel may be required, but most the work will be done from the specific location
You need to be driven and passionate about solving problems and improving operational performance through analytics


What we look for

Education background with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, engineering / modelling degree a plus
Data processing, model design and model-building phases (e.g., enterprise model, algorithm design, model refinement) on physical, distributed systems and cloud hosted environments
Broad based experience with rapid prototyping and production implementation across large data sets
Candidates for this role could come from multiple finance and analytical places
