    ​Quarterly Incentives: 

    Lunch clubs at a selection of high-end restaurants and team incentives such as a speed boat on the Thames, trips abroad and group activities, including the races at Ascot, Go Karting, comedy clubs and bowling.

    The New employee handbook:

    A copy will be sent out to all of our employees with advice on company best practice, our mission statement, goals, code of conduct and rewards and benefits. 

    Personal development programs:

    Twelve sessions with health coach Michelle Flynn on a 1-2-1 basis, where employees can discuss whatever they need to.

    The LinkedIn Personal Branding program, where employees can learn the secrets to developing their own story, crafting messaging and defining their audience. It includes advice about building a brand presence on and offline, creating a calendar that will help people stay on top of social media while keeping their content fresh. There are also helpful tips on how to monetise a personal brand.

    Mental health app: This will connect users with a licensed mental health professional so that they can receive therapy from their digital devices.

    Massages in the office: These are arranged to take place once per quarter. 

    Duvet days: Once per quarter, employees can phone in and book a ‘duvet day’ off on the day. This will be taken from their holiday allowance and only one per quarter may be used.

    Fruit bowls: A healthy option of fruit will be available in the office each week, rather than unhealthy snacks.

    Breakfast Club: Once a month on a Friday, we will provide breakfast in the office, ranging from healthy one week to McDonald’s the next!

    An Employee of the Quarter award: An award that recognises excellence and will be presented at each quarterly meeting. It is open to everybody to win and is not sales related.

    New and improved pension scheme (UK) We recently switched to a new pension provider, which boasts a better performing scheme than NEST.

    Claremont anniversary breakfast Workers get to spin our Wheel of Fortune to be in with a chance of winning an amazing selection of prizes on their Claremont Consulting anniversary. They then get taken out for a celebratory breakfast.

    Volunteer scheme: The Values & Innovations team runs a volunteer scheme where people will work in teams to help a community cause. This is one day per year and is not taken from holiday allowances. 

    Five-Year Club: Everybody who has worked for Claremont Consulting for five years or more is invited to a special dinner with their partners.

    Summer party: As well as a Christmas party, we also have a fabulous fun-filled summer party.
