My client is looking for a talented and technically adept Business or Data Analyst to join their team as a Business Reporting Specialist.

My client is going through a business transformation with a new CRM implementation and significant integration across other applications within the company.
The destination environment is likely to be on Microsoft Fabric with Power BI reporting.
The heavy build and configuration work will be done by a managed service provider, but this role is an excellent opportunity to see how it is all done and to learn new environments.

The role will include
Designing and delivering cutting-edge reporting solutions using Power BI to meet financial and operational needs.
Working closely with finance and operations teams to identify key performance indicators and define reporting requirements.
Building and maintaining efficient data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
Developing and supporting financial dashboards for both executive management and departmental use.
Championing data governance and ensuring accuracy across our reporting platforms.
Supporting stakeholders with ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests.

To be considered for this role candidates will need
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, including data structures and reporting capabilities.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).
Ability to translate business requirements into (technical) solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ANY of the following will be very beneficial
An understanding of Microsoft Fabric
Experience of integrating Dynamics Business Central data with Microsoft Fabric
Microsoft’s Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Apps etc.)
ETL processes, data warehousing, and integration strategies
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics Business Central and/or Power BI and/or Power Platform.
Experience with financial reporting in a medium sized business (circa 250 people).
Familiarity with CRMs would be a plus
